Ovr Pick Franchise Selection Pos. Team Age Exp.
1 1.05 TheHuddle Trent Richardson RB OAK 23 R
I'm high on Richardson in Norv's offense this year, but I am higher on Jamaal Charles who Jeff took right in front of me.
2 2.08 TheHuddle Darren Sproles RB PHI 31 7
Sproles just doesn't get the love he deserves, even in PPR scoring. I'll gladly take him as my RB2 each and every time I can. Expectation is for him to finish as a RB1. Not to far fetched if you look at what he has done in this format each of the past two years.
3 3.05 TheHuddle Randall Cobb WR GB 24 1
Thought about White with this pick, but went with Cobb who I think presents tremendous upside for 2013.
4 4.08 TheHuddle Hakeem Nicks WR --- 27 3
Nicks has all the talent to be something special...if only he can stay healthy. He's in a contract year so a healthy Nicks could be huge.
5 5.05 TheHuddle Giovani Bernard RB CIN 23 -1
I am very high on Antonio Brown and toyed with taking him here and seeing if Bernard would fall to me in the 6th. But when it came down to it there was more depth available at WR so I opted for Gio instead. At worst his involvement in the pass game will make him a flex play. Upside is that he finishes as a low level RB2.
6 6.08 TheHuddle Cecil Shorts WR HOU 27 1
Wanted Brown to slide but missed by 5 picks. Shorts should be solid enough as a WR3.
7 7.05 TheHuddle Danario Alexander WR --- 26 2
Alexander's health makes him a bit of a risk, but as a WR4 the upside he presents made him to tempting to pass on.
8 8.08 TheHuddle DeAndre Hopkins WR HOU 22 -1
Upside pick, playing opposite of Andre Johnson will keep Hopkins in single coverage.
9 9.05 TheHuddle Dennis Pitta TE BAL 29 2
Really like Pitta this year, think he finishes as a top-5 TE. As much as I like him I really wanted to go WR or RB but nothing really caught my eye. Liked Woodhead but thought he would be there with my next pick which is why I went with Pitta. Had I known Woodhead would have gone at 9.10 he'd have been my pick here.
10 10.08 TheHuddle Ryan Broyles WR DET 26 R
When your QB puts the ball in the air 700 times you have to have some upside. Broyles is a guy that I think we'll see creep up in ADP once camps get under way.
11 11.05 TheHuddle Jacquizz Rodgers RB --- 25 1
I missed on Woodhead so I didn't want to miss on Quiz. He'll get some touches in the passing game and if SJax goes down he gains some value.
12 12.08 TheHuddle Ronnie Hillman RB DEN 23 R
Not super stoked about Hillman but he'll get enough touches to make him worth being my RB5.
13 13.05 TheHuddle Jordan Cameron TE MIA 26 1
SLEEPER ALERT!! Don't be surprised to see him rank inside the top-10 at TE this year.
14 14.08 TheHuddle Andre Roberts WR WAS 27 2
Arian's will have Carson Palmer throw the ball around. Not much upside but makes for solid depth.
15 15.05 TheHuddle Denard Robinson RB JAX 24 -1
Took a flyer on the Offensive Weapon.
16 16.08 TheHuddle Joe Flacco QB BAL 30 4
Flacco doesn't have to be a great QB for fantasy purposes, just serviceable. Waiting until round 16 for your 1st QB isn't and easy thing for many to do, but I've got some research that proves it's the prudent move. Once I release the article later this summer you'll see what I mean. Oh, and I should point out that I am VERY happy with Flacco as my QB1.
17 17.05 TheHuddle San Francisco Def SF
I don't recommend taking a D before one of the last two rounds, but there was enough depth for the guys I would take in the next three rounds to nab one of the top ranked D's in round 17.
18 18.08 TheHuddle Alex Smith QB KC 30 7
I'm on record as saying that I expect Alex Smith to approach or possibly pass 4,000 yards this year -- Andy will have him put the ball in the air around 550 times. Figured I should back that up by taking him as one of my QBs.
19 19.05 TheHuddle Greg Zuerlein PK STL 27 R
Big leg that kicks in a dome, yeah, I like that.
20 20.08 TheHuddle Montario Hardesty RB --- 28 2
Missed on Joique Bell and Latavius Murray earlier so decided to handcuff Richardson with my final pick.
