2014 Dynasty League Rankings
Updated Tuesday, August 5, 2014My Dynasty rankings are predicated on a three year window. To project six seasons long term is unrealistic and not feasible considering the flux of free agency and the injury impact of the NFL. Along with different Dynasty league formatting. I factor individual talent, supporting cast, system, injury history/character concerns, and perceived value in the eyes of Dynasty players.
26. Luke Willson, TE, SEA - Age 24
Speedy rookie made a decent impact last season. It remains to be seen whether he can become more than just a role player though. For this price, the risk is minimal.
27. Troy Niklas, TE, ARI (R) - Age 22
I look at him as more of a blocker with limited receiving skills, but at this point in the draft he's well worth a shot.
28. Richard Rodgers, TE, GB (R) - Age 22
I don't see anything special in him, but the Packers used a somewhat high pick on him and if he pans out then he can be worth a lot more than this.
29. David Ausberry, TE, OAK - Age 27
In a battle with Mychal Rivera for primary TE duties. I don't expect greatness. He could potentially have a minor breakout season though.
30. Vance McDonald, TE, SF - Age 24
Looks like the next Delanie Walker rather than the next Vernon Davis. There may be more opportunity here in the future, with Davis due to decline soon.
