Week 11: Sleepers of the Week
Earl Bennett and the Chicago Bears take on the San Diego Chargers in week eleven. Bennett has emerged as Jay Cutler's favorite target over the last two games, catching eleven passes for 176 yards and one touchdown. Bennett is not a big play wide receiver, but he can continue to post solid numbers (especially in point per reception leagues) if Jay Cutler continues to look for him in the slot. Bennett is only owned in 58 percent of fantasy leagues, but should make a good WR 3 or flex play option this week and in the future. Fantasy owners, especially in PPR leagues, should pickup Bennett this week and can expect five catches for 70 yards and a touchdown.
Percy Harvin and the Minnesota Vikings return home to take on the Oakland Raiders in week eleven. Harvin has been extremely disappointing so far this season, scoring only one touchdown. Harvin is coming off a six catch, 52 yard performance through the air, while also adding three carries for 18 yards on the ground. While the numbers were not great, it was clear that the Vikings were trying to get Harvin the ball as much as possible. Aside from Adrian Peterson, Harvin is the only other playmaker on the Vikings offense, and they need to make an effort to get him the ball more going forward. Whether it is through the air or on the ground, Harvin should touch the ball at least ten times per game on offense. He is a good buy low candidate for the remainder of the season. Fantasy owners can start Percy Harvin as a WR 3 or flex play option this week and can expect 80 total yards and a touchdown from the Vikings' wide receiver.
