We take a look at Week 4 IDP action, from the starters, the obvious starters and those free agents worthy of starting or stashing

HAND-SELECTED WEEK 4 PICKS

The following players are my own personal choice to have an excellent game in Week 4. I will try to pick a player who isn't considered to be a Top 20 guy at his position who would otherwise be on your bench or waiver wire without my recommendation.

DEFENSIVE TACKLE
Aubrayo Franklin, Indianapolis Colts
: Jacksonville's offensive line has done itself no favors to start the season. They've allowed opposing defensive linemen to accrue 7.5 sacks and 42 combined tackles. Franklin just happens to be the lucky player to face them.

DEFENSIVE END
Brian Robison, Minnesota Vikings
: It's not just Jared Allen who can produce decent fantasy numbers. Robison is probably floating in or just outside of the Top 20 defensive linemen in your league. He's got a fantastic matchup against the Steelers' woeful o-line. Just about anybody can tee off against these guys.

LINEBACKER
All the Denver linebackers
: Okay, it's a bit of a copout, but it mostly depends on who is owned in your league between Wesley Woodyard, Danny Trevathan and Nate Irving. Given Philadelphia's attempts to run so many plays and their average offensive line, they yielded huge points to Kansas City's linebacker corps last week. Trevathan is the hot name who should be close to a Top 20 LB and Woodyard is the guy who will probably finish the season as a Top 20 LB given his position in the middle of the defense.

CORNERBACK
Brent Grimes, Miami Dolphins
: In case you hadn't noticed, Drew Brees loves to throw the ball all over the field. Grimes will be forced into a ton of action whether he's chasing Darren Sproles on a pass into the flats or Brees is hitting Jimmy Graham over the top down the middle of the field. Grimes has really come into his own in Miami, although he is nowhere near a "regular starter" for our fantasy purposes.

SAFETY
Usama Young, Oakland Raiders
: Due to the injury to Tyvon Branch, Young was a semi-popular add in some deeper IDP formats. He should cash-in for those owners who took a chance on him in Week 4. The Redskins have allowed defensive backs to score 109.5 total fantasy points over the first three weeks of the season. Needless to say, this covers full the gauntlet: tackles, INTs, sacks, you name it. Young should operate as a fourth linebacker coming down from his safety position, keeping him in the mix early and often.

IDP STUDS

These players have to be in your lineup every week, regardless of opponent! These lists are in no particular order. Each player is listed by position, which assumes you must start a player at that position.
