Week 10: Start 'Em
After Riley Cooper's less than stellar off season, no one would have predicted how things have gone. While he isn't breaking the bank, he has already set career highs in all receiving categories after only nine games. So far this season, Cooper has 25 receptions for 453 yards and five touchdowns. The bulk of these stats have come in three of the last four games, all games that Nick Foles was the quarterback for most of the games. In those games Cooper has totaled 347 yards on 15 receptions and four touchdowns and capped off this past week when he blew up for five receptions for 139 yards and three touchdowns as part of Foles NFL record day passing for seven touchdowns. Foles will be starting again this week and that makes Cooper worth another start at either WR3 or flex.
After surpassing the 1000 yard receiving mark in 2012 Lance Moore was hoping to build on that, instead this season has been an all-out bust. He wasn't performing well at the start of the season and then missed three games due to injury. Since his return from injury two weeks ago, Moore has become a bigger part of the offense -- especially with Marques Colston out with an Injury and Jimmy Graham playing at less than 100%. Two weeks ago Moore caught his first TD of the season and this past week he had six receptions for 70 yards. With Colston still iffy and the Saints playing the second worst pass defense in the NFL -- the Dallas Cowboys--, Moore makes for a good flex start or even a WR3 in a pinch.
