Week 14: Start 'Em
In what seems to be a repetitious theme from year to year, Dwayne Bowe continues to disappoint fantasy owners as he falls short of their somewhat overly optimistic projections or hopes. Bowe looks on pace to put up one of his worst seasons since joining the league. All that being said, Bowe has been on a little bit of a streak the past four weeks, where he is averaging 4.75 receptions for 57.75 yards and 0.5 touchdown per game. While those numbers definitely don't jump out at you, they are still solid numbers (especially for a flex starter, which is what he should be for all owners this week). Bowe has a good matchup vs. the Redskins, so if you need help at flex, give Bowe a look.
Eagles QB Nick Foles has been on a roll this season, but really on fire since coming back from injury in week 9; his go-to guy has been Riley Cooper. Over the last four games, Cooper has caught 14 receptions for 326 yards and five touchdowns and also drawn a few big pass interference calls. Cooper has already surpassed his career highs, doubling his high in yards and touchdowns. This week Cooper has an above average match up vs. the Detroit Lions whose pass defense is the seventh worst in the NFL. Cooper makes for a very good start at WR or as a flex; if he is on your bench, make him a starter.
