Week 10: Injury Update

We let you know the playing chances of the big name players who were injured last week. This week's picks include Ahmad Bradshaw, Shonn Greene, Mark Ingram, Ryan Mathews, and Miles Austin.

FANTASY PROFILE / STATS & MORE

Nicks suffered a minor hamstring injury that forced him to miss the final two minutes of the Giants' 20-17 win over Miami in week 8. Although an MRI came back negative, Nicks missed the week 9 win over New England and after missing Wednesday's practice his status for week 10 in San Francisco is in doubt. Tom Coughlin originally reported that Nicks would practice today so there remains hope that he can return to practice and suit up for the match-up with the division leading 49ers. Victor Cruz has filled in admirably in a starting role and has topped 90 yards in five games this season. The Umass alum is averaging 74 YPG and would be a solid WR3 if Nicks is forced to miss another week against San Fran's 22nd ranked pass defense (255 YPG).

FANTASY PROFILE / STATS & MORE

Washington suffered a hip injury in the week 9 loss to the Bengals. The injury was originally classified as a hip pointer, but the Titans now believe that it's only a deep bruise and they expect Washington to suit up for week 10 (currently listed as day to day). Through eight games, Washington has 36 catches for 461 yards (58 YPG) and two TDs. Damian Williams would see an increase in targets if Washington is forced to miss the week 10 trip to Carolina.

FANTASY PROFILE / STATS & MORE

Clark suffered a foot injury in week 9 that was originally believed to be season ending. Clark had a boot on his foot on Monday but the Colts coaching staff now believes that the injury is not as severe, giving hope that Clark could return in a week. He missed Wednesday's practice and all signs point to Jacob Tamme getting the start for the anemic Colts offense. On the season, the 32 year old Clark has been a major disappointment, averaging 32 YPG with only two TDs through nine games. Clark missed 10 games last season and appears to be approaching the end of his career.
