Eagles WR Jeremy Maclin, RB Dion Lewis fighting hamstring injuries

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Jeremy Maclin @jmac_18 was a late scratch for Thursday's preseason game after straining a hamstring during pregame warmups. The severity of the strain or how much time Maclin will miss is unknown. He battled hamstring strains in September and November of last season. The latter case forced him to sit out three games.
At least Maclin won't be lonely in the training room. Backup running back Dion Lewis @DionLewis28 also suffered a hamstring injury, but that came during the game.

Fantasy Analysis:

Damaris Johnson filled in for Maclin, but let's see what the verdict is on his hamstring before we start issuing fantasy sleeper alerts for Johnson. Hamstring injuries are always worrisome, and especially for Maclin because of his recent history with them. We should have an update on his status within 24 hours, so stay tuned.
Lewis is slated to be LeSean McCoy's backup. If he can't play, I figure Bryce Brown @BryceBrown_34 would move up to No. 2 on the depth chart. I know it was only one game against a second- or third-string defense, but Brown was definitely impressive on Thursday. He broke tackles and looked swift for a man of his size.
