UPDATE: Packers WR Greg Jennings, RB James Starks expected to practice

Update: Both Starks and Jennings practiced in pads Tuesday. We've still got a long way to go until the Packers play their next game, but it's an encouraging development for both, especially Starks.

--------------------------------

Packers head coach Mike McCarthy said Tuesday that he expects wide receiver Greg Jennings @GregJennings and running back James Starks @James44Starks to practice this week. The comment about Jennings is no surprise since McCarthy said after Thursday's win over the Bears, a game Jennings missed due to a groin injury, that he would be "surprised" if Jennings didn't play in Week 3.
Starks hasn't done much of anything in the past month because of a case of turf toe. He would make his season debut if he plays Monday versus the Seahawks.

Fantasy Analysis:

Jennings probably could have played last week if he had more time to get healthy. He'll have his usual must-start status in Week 3.
Starks' role is much cloudier. Cedric Benson @Cedric_Benson has taken over the gig of starting running back, and he looked pretty good against the Bears. Conversely, Starks hasn't been in a game since early August and didn't look good at all in limited preseason action. Obviously, his turf toe had something to do with that, but he's now a man without much of job. McCarthy said Starks' role has yet to be determined. Watch him, maybe put him on your bench, but Starks is far, far away from fantasy lineups for the forseeable future.
