After reportedly being "very limited" during Friday's practice, Rams running back Steven Jackson is questionable to play Sunday against the Seahawks. Friday's action represented Jackson's first practice activity in two weeks. He's been encumbered by a groin injury since Week 2, but he was well enough to play last Sunday against the Bears and carried the ball 11 times for 29 yards. According to Jim Thomas from the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Jackson's playing status will be decided after pregame warmups for the second consecutive week.
I have no doubt that Jackson will be active in this game. I mean, even that "very limited" practice represents progress from last week. But Jackson is also not healthy and should probably be held out for his own good. I don't want any part of him in my lineup against a Seahawks defense that has allowed a league-low 119 rushing yards to running backs through three games.
