Titans wide receiver Kenny Britt was surprisingly active for Sunday's game against the Vikings. In the game, he wasn't so active as he was limited to just 28 snaps. But at least his ankle injury didn't get any worse. That was proven Tuesday as Britt practiced fully. He is expected to play Thursday night against the Steelers.
It's been a pretty useless first month for Britt. Multiple injuries and poor QB play have marred his season. He has just nine catches for 83 yards and no scores in three games. There's no doubt that he still has a lot of big-game potential, but until he shows it, I am willing to let him sit on my bench. The Steelers' pass defense has been merely average this season, but I have no idea what kind of rapport Britt and Matt Hasselbeck have this season. Britt saw just five targets last week. That number should go up Thursday, but you should probably take a wait-and-see approach with Britt unless you have no other options this week.
