It was bad enough for the Cowboys that Dez Bryant 's potential game-winning touchdown catch was overturned due to a couple of misplaced fingers. But on that play, injury was added to insult as Bryant landed hard on his right hip. Bryant was seen limping around the locker room after that narrow loss to the Giants, but head coach Jason Garrett said Monday that he expects Bryant to play this Sunday night against the Falcons.
"He seemed to be limping around a little bit, but we don't think it's that severe," Garrett said of Bryant.
Sunday was such a typical Dez game. He ran another bad route that led to an interception. He muffed a punt. But then he also made a couple of fancy catches, and that last one would have been quite the topper. Inconsistency is the name of his game, but I think he's still a WR2 in 12-team leagues. Sometimes, it is so easy to be blinded by his talent.
