This has become old hat, but Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray isn't expected to play this Sunday. ESPN's Ed Werder said on a Tuesday edition of SportsCenter that the Cowboys aren't expecting Murray to be active against the Eagles. He hasn't played since Oct. 14 because of a sprained foot.
The Cowboys keep calling Murray "week to week" and keep leaving the door open following every game before quickly shutting it early in the preparation week. There doesn't seem to be any light at the end of this tunnel. So, Felix Jones will continue to handle the majority of the carries. Lance Dunbar appears to have passed Phillip Tanner on the depth chart, so he would be the add if Jones were to sustain a serious injury, which certainly isn't a far-fetched possibility. Jones will once again be a low-end RB2 against Philly.
