Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown won't play this Sunday night against the Ravens, but ProFootballTalk.com has been told by a source that Brown is aiming to return in time for the Steelers' next game against their AFC North rival -- Dec. 2 in Baltimore. Brown has been trying to heal a high ankle sprain that he suffered back in Week 9 against the Giants.
If Brown returns in Week 13, he will have had four weeks off between games, which is a typical timetable for a high ankle sprain. At least his fantasy owners can now plan ahead for next week knowing that Brown won't be of any use. It's been quite a bummer of the season for the Central Michigan product -- no 100-yard receiving games and only one touchdown. With Byron Leftwich under center for at least the next month, don't expect Brown's numbers to spike once he comes back. Emmanuel Sanders will continue to start for as long as Brown is absent.
