We heard on Wednesday that Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III would start Sunday against the Eagles "barring a setback" during practice. That setback didn't come Thursday. Griffin went through another full practice, taking the first-team snaps, and he remains on track to return this weekend. Griffin missed Week 15's game against the Browns due to a mild sprain of the LCL in his right knee.
It's Week 16, the championship week for most fantasy leagues, and one of the top rules for this week is to not overthink it. If Griffin plays -- and he will -- he should definitely be in your lineup. We shouldn't even need to analyze his matchup, even though it's a good one against the Eagles, who have allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. But all of that's beside the point: Once it's made official, get Griffin into a starting spot and don't look back.
