Colts hire Stanford offensive coordinator Pep Hamilton to same position

At Stanford University, Pep Hamilton's official job position was titled the Andrew Luck Director of Offense. Now he will direct Andrew Luck's offense. The Colts hired Hamilton on Friday to be their next offensive coordinator. Hamilton had spent the past two years doing the same job at Stanford, including Luck's junior season in 2011. He replaces Bruce Arians, who was named the Cardinals' head coach one day prior. Hamilton previously spent seven seasons as an NFL coach on the offensive side of the ball with the Jets, 49ers and Bears.

Fantasy Analysis:

We tend to fret when a young quarterback experiences coordinator change, but Luck shouldn't be starting from the ground floor with Hamilton's offense; he should know most of the verbiage already. Hamilton should also help tight end Coby Fleener @coby, too.
