Matt Barkley, Ryan Nassib lead run on QBs in 4th round

Matt Barkley @MattBarkley and Ryan Nassib @Ryan_Nassib were once seen as first-round draft picks. But after the first, second and third rounds had come and gone, they were still on the board in the 2013 edition. However, they both found a home early in the fourth round Saturday.
Barkley and Nassib were both drafted by teams who traded up in the round. The Eagles jumped up to the 98th overall spot, the lead-off pick in the fourth, to take Barkley. The Giants then jumped up from No. 116 to No. 110 to nab Nassib.
But the buying of QBs didn't stop there. The Raiders took Arkansas' Tyler Wilson @Tyler_Wilson8 at No. 112, and the Steelers took Oklahoma's Landry Jones @LandryJones12 at No. 115.

Fantasy Analysis:

Barkley is the most interesting selection, by far, because of how he doesn't really fit into Chip Kelly's zone-read scheme. But Kelly certainly knows what he is getting in the former USC QB who used to cause a lot of problems for his Oregon Ducks, and according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, this isn't a trade-bait pick. At least, not yet. The Eagles plan to take all of their quarterbacks into minicamp and see what they have. Barkley and Nick Foles could be fighting for a spot on this team with the loser ending up in a deal.
The Giants always seem to find good value with their picks, and they have done it again with Nassib. Eli Manning is 32 years old, and New York's current QB depth chart holds only David Carr and Curtis Painter. Nassib might be the Giants' quarterback of the distant future.
Similarly, Wilson and Jones are developmental guys, but Wilson might earn a shot this year if Matt Flynn doesn't prove that he's worthy of a starting job. The bottom line here is all four of these players are purely dynasty-league options right now. But things could change drastically after one injury or a poor performance in training camp.
