Patriots TE Aaron Hernandez has had many other brushes with the law

With a murder investigation and civil suit hanging over Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez @AaronHernandez, reporters have been digging deep into his past to see if he has been involved in any other unsavory episodes that haven't seen much light. And they have found a few. ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Hernandez was involved in an incident outside a Providence, R.I. nightclub on June 6, but police haven't released much information.
According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, police were called to another Providence nightclub on May 23 following a disturbance involving Hernandez and a Jets fan who was allegedly taunting him. Hernandez doesn't seem to have done anything wrong in this case as he was reportedly trying to walk away from the fan.
The Orlando Sentinel's Mike Bianchi reports that Hernandez and three of his teammates on the Florida Gators were questioned about a shooting in Gainesville, Fla. in 2007. Hernandez was not arrested nor charged. Bianchi also notes that Hernandez was arrested at the age of 17 in his first year at the University of Florida after an altercation at a local campus hangout.

Fantasy Analysis:

All of this stuff is rather innocuous compared to the lawsuit and murder connection. I would like to know more about that June 6 incident, but as of now, none of the new stuff mentioned above will put Hernandez's NFL future in jeopardy.
But, you know, I get the impression that Aaron Hernandez has made some bad choices in life and is spending too much time with some not-so-good people.
