49ers' Marcus Lattimore, Seahawks' Christine Michael will be top-10 RBs by 2016

That's the opinion of ESPN's Matt Williamson, who released his list of the league's best running backs three years from now earlier this week. The list contains a number of players who are already fantasy studs or burgeoning talents. But two names stick out as they are players who may not get much or any playing time this year: The 49ers' Marcus Lattimore @MarcusLattimore, and the Seahawks' Christine Michael @Cmike33. They are ranked on the list at No. 4 and No. 5, respectively.
Lattimore was selected in the fourth round of this year's draft. He is eight months removed from tearing three ligaments in and dislocating his right knee. Lattimore is a longshot play at all this season.
Michael, who fell late into the second round of the draft because of maturity issues, is a first-round talent in Williamson's eyes.
"On the field, I think he's extremely impressive," Williamson said of Michael during a Tuesday radio interview. "I think he's very gifted in terms of power, explosion, lateral agility. He runs with a lot of aggressiveness, high knees. He's no fun to tackle, and he can also run away from you. He can get to the edge on the outside; I think he has upside as a receiver.
"The term every-down back is thrown around probably too much in the NFL, but I think he's one of those guys that could fit the bill."

Fantasy Analysis:

Attention, dynasty leaguers. Check out the full list below. I totally disagree with Mark Ingram's inclusion, but whatever. Most of the listed players are already high-round picks, and rookie Giovani Bernard is a popular sleeper. It is Lattimore and Michael who have the most to prove. Right now, Michael is an extremely late-round choice in re-draft leagues, but if he can surpass Robert Turbin @RobT_33 on the depth chart during training camp, and Marshawn Lynch @MoneyLynch is suspended in connection to his DUI case, Michael could be a common fantasy contributor in 2013.
