The Redskins report to training camp in less than a week, and wide receiver Pierre Garcon will be unrestricted in what he can do once they take the field. Garcon has been medically cleared to practice fully after a visit with Dr. James Andrews earlier this week. Garcon underwent offseason surgery to repair a torn labrum in his right shoulder. After missing all offseason practices to let it heal, Garcon has been given the green light for camp.
Garcon's foot remains a bigger concern. Specifically, Garcon has two torn ligaments in the second toe on his right foot. He missed six games because of the injury last year, but the good news is it didn't seem to affect him much during the final six games, in which he caught 33 passes for 475 yards and three touchdowns. Garcon will wear a custom-made shoe on his right foot this season, but he is aware that he will probably be playing through some pain. Garcon is FFToolbox's No. 20 WR.
