Report: Raiders QB Terrelle Pryor to start on Sunday

Raiders head coach Dennis Allen doesn't want to say who his starting quarterback will be Sunday against the Colts. But someone will always tell you what you want to know, and league sources have told the San Francisco Chronicle's Vic Tafur that quarterback Terrelle Pryor @TerrellePryor will start for the Raiders this weekend. Tafur writes that Allen informed Pryor and quarterback Matt Flynn of his decision on Monday.

Fantasy Analysis:

It's a move that had to be made. Not that Pryor is the next Robert Griffin III, but Flynn was a dead duck behind Oakland's terrible offensive line. Pryor's accuracy is still a huge question mark, but the reasoning behind the decision is simple: Pryor makes plays. He can extend plays and ran for 83 yards on 11 carries during the preseason. In his only career start, Pryor completed less than half of his 28 passes against the Chargers in Week 17 last year. But he accounted for three touchdowns, 150 yards passing and 49 more on the ground. The Raiders' receiving corps is the worst in the league, but Pryor's running ability makes him an intriguing QB2 prospect.

OAK O-line is horrible! There is not a QB in the league who wouldn't struggle playing for the Raiders. Pryor should be exciting at the very least.
