When you have a 5-foot-11, 225-pound running back who is just 22 years old, who carries big doses of power and explosive speed, who can catch and block, and who is the best player in your offense, you use him.
Browns head coach Rod Chudzinski said this past weekend that he wants running back Trent Richardson "to be able to play as much as possible" this season.
You name the game situation, and Richardson will be on the field for it. He is one in a small handful of true workhorse runners, and will catch plenty of passes with Norv Turner calling the plays. He was bogged down by numerous injuries last season, and that is somewhat concerning, but Richardson is 100 percent healthy -- something you couldn't say about him at this time last year -- and poised to have a simply enormous fantasy season. If you were able to take him late in your first round, you got quite a deal.
