Sources have told NFL.com's Jeff Darlington that Willis McGahee has passed his physical is now a Cleveland Browns running back. McGahee, who turns 32 next month, last played for the Broncos, but his 2012 season was cut short by a torn MCL and a broken leg.
McGahee will probably be Cleveland's lead runner before long. Will he be that guy this week after just a day or two of practice and so much time off? I would say no, but that's just a guess. Regardless, the Browns will probably employ a committee attack in their backfield with McGahee, Bobby Rainey , and Chris Ogbonnaya . McGahee has the most value and should be added in all leagues, but he will be just a flex option in most weeks as a part of this offense. Did I mention that he's almost 32 years old? This running game is going to be ugly for fantasy purposes.
