Bucs WR Vincent Jackson testing injured ribs

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Vincent Jackson @VincentTJackson sustained an injury to his ribs Sunday. The extent or seriousness of the injury it not yet known publicly. Jackson left during the second half of Tampa's eventual loss to New England. After a very productive Week 1, his numbers have steadily declined.

Fantasy Analysis:

VJax remains the Bucs' No. 1 downfield threat and best wide receiver. If he is playing, you have to start him nine out of 10 times without question. This MRI could rule out Jackson, creating an excellent opportunity for Mike Williams @Mikebuc19 and Kevin Ogletree @KOforPrez to earn more snaps and potential fantasy points. If Jackson is healty, start him as usual. On the other hand, QB Josh Freeman should continue to be ignored by fantasy owners.
