Colts say they will continue to rotate RBs Trent Richardson, Ahmad Bradshaw

As we wait for Trent Richardson to become to Colts' clear lead running back, it shouldn't go unnoticed that Ahmad Bradshaw @AhmadBradshaw outplayed him during Indianapolis' big win last Sunday in San Francisco. Richardson gained 35 yards on 13 carries, including a one-yard score on his first carry. Bradshaw gained 95 yards on 19 carries and caught three passes for 16 yards. He also scored a touchdown. So, head coach Chuck Pagano isn't going to try to fix what's not broken right now. He said Wednesday that his running back rotation "will be the same" during this Sunday's game versus Jacksonville.

Fantasy Analysis:

It's not what Richardson's owners want to hear, but they shouldn't panic. He should see more work this week as he gains comfort with the Colts' offense, and the Jaguars offer a tremendous opportunity for success. I expect the workload to be a little more even this week, with both players getting 15-17 touches. It's not what Richardson's owners paid for when they drafted him in the first round, but Richardson will play and be used like an RB1 soon enough. For this week, I think both players are in the RB2 range.
