Washington Redskins running back Alfred Morris feels that his rib injury sustained Sunday will not hinder his ability to play in Week 6. The Skins are on a bye in Week 5, giving Morris nearly two full weeks to recover. Preliminary X-rays showed that Morris' ribs were not fractured.
It's believed that Morris has a rib contusion. The former Florida Atlantic runner was quietly playing well having already accumulated 296 rushing yards and two touchdowns, ranking him around 11th at his position in most fantasy formats. Roy Helu would likely start if Morris needed a week off.
