Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Gus Bradley told reporters that he will stand by quarterback Blaine Gabbert moving forward. Gabbert added another disappointing performance to his resume in Week 4, passing for just 179 yards, no touchdowns and three interceptions in a 37-3 blowout loss to the Indianapolis Colts.
This is Gabbert's third season and the kid gloves should have already come off. Over two games, the 6-foot-4, 235 pounder has completed just 33-of-67 passes (49.3-percent) for 300 yards, no TDs and five INTs. Putrid numbers by any metric. The only other QB on the roster, Chad Henne, hasn't fared much better in his two games this season. Jacksonville desperately needs to find a new quarterback.
