Buffalo Bills running back C.J. Spiller returned to practice Wednesdy. He salvaged a so-so performance last week by breaking off a 54-yard touchdown run last Thursday. Spiller was injured in Week 4 with an ankle sprain.
Spiller is a great buy-low candidate. It doesn't really help matters that Buffalo will be starting QB Thaddeus Lewis next week due to a serious injury to regular starter QB E.J. Manuel . Spiller's top-end speed allows him to have big scoring potential on every touch, hence why almost everyone spent a first-round pick on him. Expect backup RB Fred Jackson to see plenty of work even if Spiller plays. Jackson has 39 touches in his last two games.
