The Falcons are coming out of their bye week, but it appears the time off hasn't been quite enough time for a couple of the team's best offensive weapons. Both running back Steven Jackson and wide receiver Roddy White didn't take part in Tuesday's practice. Both are battling hamstring injuries, and White is also dealing with an ankle injury to boot.
It's a bad sign for their odds of playing Sunday against the Buccaneers. Right now, it looks like Jacquizz Rodgers and Jason Snelling will split the carries out of the backfield for another week. Snelling has recovered from his Week 6 concussion. With White still hobbled, and Julio Jones out for the year, Harry Douglas and Tony Gonzalez will see a noticeable uptick in targets. Douglas should be added in 10- and 12-team leagues.
