Bills RB C.J. Spiller is 'getting better'; WR Stevie Johnson practices fully

Bills running back C.J. Spiller @CJSPILLER is still being bothered by his ankle injury. According to head coach Doug Marrone, Spiller's ankle is not 100 percent, "but I think it's getting better and better ...." This was backed up by Spiller participating in Thursday's practice, albeit in limited fashion. He sat out Wednesday's practice.
Wide receiver Stevie Johnson @StevieJohnson13 missed Week 6 because of a back injury, but Marrone said the team "didn't notice any limitations at all" when he tested it out Wednesday. Johnson was upgraded to full practice on Thursday.

Fantasy Analysis:

Johnson will be ready to play against the Dolphins. However, with three catches and 18 yards in his last two games, and Thaddeus Lewis @t_lew9 under center, you should look for better options if you are starting three WRs.
Spiller is tough to judge because his lack of health has kept him from seeing a healthy amount of work. He's basically limited to 10-12 touches per game until he gets right. But he is such a dangerous runner, and Miami is the tied for most fantasy points allowed to running backs this season, I would still put Spiller in RB2 territory. I just can't quit him.
