Although he had the Broncos' Week 9 bye to get over his sprained ankle, tight end Julius Thomas may have worried his fantasy owners when he didn't take part in the team's first practice coming out of the bye on Monday. However, it looks like that was just another day of rest for the breakout player, because Thomas practiced Wednesday. It is not yet known if he went through full or limited practice.
The Chargers, Denver's Week 10 opponent, have been pretty good at defending tight ends this season. They have permitted 33 catches and 342 yards in eight games to tight ends. But this Broncos' offense has been largely unstoppable, and if Thomas is active Sunday -- and he should be -- you're starting him with confidence.
