Jaguars WR Cecil Shorts practices Friday, should play in Week 10

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Cecil Shorts @CecilShortsIII was able to return to practice Friday after a limited practice Wednesday and no practice Thursday. There are no serious indicators regarding his groin injury which suggest Shorts will not play in Week 10 against the Tennessee Titans. With Justin Blackmon @JustBlack81 suspended for the rest of the year, Shorts is the Jags' de facto No. 1 receiver.

Fantasy Analysis:

Shorts currently ranks just outside the Top 30 in fantasy scoring among WRs. As previously mentioned, Blackmon's absence should really benefit Shorts' fantasy value. It is of course a problem that Jacksonville has so many offensive problems. The chief problem being their inability to score points. That said, since the Jags will begrudingly enjoy so much garbage time, Shorts should have no problems posting good numbers on a weekly basis.
