Colts will start RB Donald Brown ahead of RB Trent Richardson today

The Colts traded a first-round pick for running back Trent Richardson back in September. Today, Richardson will be second string against the Titans. NFL Network's Michael Silver was first to report that running back Donald Brown @Donaldb31 will get the start instead. Since Richardson became a Colt back in Week 3, he has averaged just 2.8 yards per carry, rushing for 287 yards in nine games. Brown has averaged 5.7 yards per carry this season.

Fantasy Analysis:

It's the right move for right now. Silver was quick to add that the Colts haven't given up on Richardson long-term, but Brown gives them a better chance to win this year. If you haven't done so already, go ahead and drop Trent. Brown is in the RB2 range versus a Titans defense that has allowed the third-most fantasy points to RBs this year. Brown rushed for 80 yards and two touchdowns on 14 carries against Tennessee two weeks ago. He has a shot at 20 touches this afternoon.
