Raiders running back Rashad Jennings couldn't get cleared to play in time for Week 14, but he reportedly passed his concussion test on Monday and is expected to be full-go this Sunday against the Chiefs, barring a setback. He's been unlimited in practice this week. Meanwhile, running back Darren McFadden didn't practice Thursday due to an ankle injury and appears likely to miss his second consecutive game.
Wide receiver Denarius Moore appears to be getting healthier after missing the past three games due to a shoulder injury. Moore has put in back-to-back limited practices this week.
You shouldn't forget just how well Jennings produced in Weeks 9-13 when he was filling in and playing in front of McFadden. He was putting up RB1 numbers. This week's matchup against the Chiefs isn't outstanding, and perhaps you should be just slightly wary of him coming back from a concussion. But I think Jennings is at least a strong RB2. The Raiders are expected to commit to him once again as their lead runner again with Marcel Reece returning to a backup role and McFadden inactive.
Moore is a good bet to lead the team in targets if he plays Sunday, but in the fantasy playoffs, with Matt McGloin slinging it and after a three-game layoff, you shouldn't trust him this week.
