Torn ligament in thumb will sideline Houston QB Case Keenum

Less than a month after being named the starting quarterback for the remainder of the year, Houston QB Case Keenum @casekeenum7 will be out with a torn ligament in his thumb. According to team reporter Deepi Sidhu, veteran QB Matt Schaub took first team reps and will return to the starting line-up against Denver on Sunday.

Fantasy Analysis:

After posting an underwhelming stat line against the Colts on Sunday, Keenum was likely off of your fantasy radar for this weeks matchup against the Broncos. Matt Schaub will start, but should only be in your line-up in very deep or 2 QB leagues. Schaub, however, gives a slight bump to wide receiver Andre Johnson @johnson80 against a suspect Broncos secondary.
