Packers officially rule out QB Aaron Rodgers for Week 16

Packers head coach Mike McCarthy announced Friday that quarterback Aaron Rodgers @AaronRodgers12 will not play Sunday versus the Steelers. McCarthy didn't speculate on whether Rodgers will be able to play in Week 17.
