What should we expect from Oakland RB Darren McFadden?

What should we expect from Oakland RB Darren McFadden?

RB Darren McFadden @dmcfadden20 (hamstring) practiced in full on Friday and expects to return to the Raiders line-up week 16. HC Dennis Allen stated this week that RB Rashad Jennings @RashadJennings, who has filled in exceptionally, will start in San Diego and be spelled by McFadden and RB Marcel Reece. McFadden will be an unrestricted free agent next year and would like nothing more than to show that he is healthy and worthy of a big off-season contract.

Fantasy Analysis:

If McFadden wants to show-off for an offseason deal, he'll need to do it on limited carries. Jennings will be the lead back this week and owners should confidently start him in their championship game.

The Raiders have very little reason to take the ball out of Jennings hand at this point. With 6 touchdowns in his last 6 starts, and over a yard per carry more than McFadden, Jennings may be considered one of the best waiver-wire adds this season. If he is on your roster, congratulate yourself on excellent inseason management.

I have Jennings, Dennis Johnson and Todman...

Assuming MJD doesn't play, Johnson and Todman may get EVERY carry for their respective teams. Would you start Jennings over them both still???

I'm with NBA on this Big Sky. Jennings and Todman. Thankfully the Jags have the early game, so you don't have to have anyone stuck on your bench if MJD goes.

And I like D. Johnson, but I'd still go with Todman and Jennings there too.

I like Bush number 1. After that Todman, Jennings and AP in that order.

Stephania Bell (espn) just reported that MJD should go and cut into Todman's workload. If MJD goes, Jennings and AP move ahead of him.
