Some coach says Jets QB Mark Sanchez would start for his team right now

If it's the Browns, well, then yeah. But they don't have any coaches.
One anonymous coach has told Brian Costello of the New York Post that Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez @Mark_Sanchez would "be the starter as soon as he walked in the door for us."
Sanchez, 27, missed the entire 2013 season due to a torn labrum in his right (throwing) shoulder. He turned the ball over 52 times in two seasons prior. He carries a $13.1 million salary-cap figure for next season, and the Jets are fully expected to cut Sanchez and save a significant amount of money this summer.

Fantasy Analysis:

OK, all jokes aside, Sanchez did put up some decent numbers in 2010 and 2011; he scored 32 touchdowns in the latter year. There is a large handful of teams -- Texans, Browns, Jaguars, Vikings, Raiders Titans -- that could use help at the quarterback position to varying degrees. And even more teams will be in the market for a backup. So, Sanchez is definitely going to find work for next season, and he'll come cheap. It's just a little jarring when a coach uses phrasing that implies Sanchez would be his starter without going through any sort of camp competition. I don't think that will be the reality. Sanchez's fantasy stock is ... oh, whom am I kidding? It's dead at the moment.
