QB Peyton Manning passes neck exam, will return to the Broncos in 2014

Broncos' QB Peyton Manning passed his contractually obligated, end of the season neck exam on Monday according to team executive Vice President John Elway. Manning had already passed his team physical right after the Super Bowl, but added into his 96 million dollar free agent contract was language that could have voided the deal had he failed the neck exam at season's end.

Fantasy Analysis:

The Brock Osweiler era will have to wait.

Manning indicated there was little reason to expect any problems with today's exam, but with such a serious injury and Manning's declaration that he would hang up his cleats if there were any problems, today's news was welcome to Manning and his receivers. Today's exam didn't touch on either of his ankle injuries or any other bumps and bruises that come with an extended season, but nothing is expected to keep Manning out of OTA's or camp.

You can continue to rank Manning, TE Julius Thomas @Julius_Thomas, and WR Demaryius Thomas @DemaryiusT in the top three at their positions.
