UPDATE: Two months after Super Bowl, Broncos WR Demaryius Thomas still bothered by shoulder injury

Update: Never mind? Mike Klis of the Denver Post reports that Thomas is with his fellow receivers and Manning today, and that Thomas doesn't even have a separated shoulder. Rather, Thomas simply aggravated a bruised shoulder during the big game. Nothing to see here, I guess.

Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas @DemaryiusT separated his left shoulder during the Broncos' blowout loss to the Seahawks in the most recent Super Bowl. The injury wasn't expected to be a big deal, and perhaps it still won't be as long as Thomas is healthy by summertime. But more than two months after suffering the injury, Thomas is still recovering. He wasn't present as quarterback Peyton Manning conducted some on-field pass-and-catch sessions with his receivers, including Emmanuel Sanders @E_Sanders88, Wes Welker @WesWelker, and Julius Thomas @Julius_Thomas, this week. The team still doesn't expect Thomas to miss any part of training camp, but he could be limited during upcoming OTAs.

Fantasy Analysis:

Thomas is an easy top-five fantasy wideout, and he is in a perfect situation in Denver. The departure of Eric Decker @EricDecker87 to the Jets should mean a few more targets for him, but there are still enough fearsome targets in this passing game so that Thomas won't face much increased coverage. Plus, it's clear that Manning still has something left in the tank at age 38.
