Redskins QB Robert Griffin III looks to be back in 2012 form

Redskins QB Robert Griffin III looks to be back in 2012 form John Breech reported that first-year OC Sean McVay stated that Robert Griffin II "looks like he is exactly what he was in the 2012 season." "He looks extremely explosive."

Fantasy Analysis:

I was surprised to see Griffin III on many 2013 bust lists. For a player of his set of skills [the ability to score from behind center whether passing or rushing] it is, I guess, somewhat understandable to a point to give him that label but lets be statistically honest. He ended 2012, regardless of the '1-off-bonus' type league formats, as a top 10 fantasy scoring player overall with having a single rushing touchdown. I don't care what you think, but for a quarterback in his second year to have half his game taken away that still a very impressive season.

Hearing news that Robert Griffin II has his 'explosiveness' back is great news in the month of July, especially for us dynasty format owners. Love hearing this type of news whether it is hyped or not for Griffin III. Just some advice; if drafting late, be sure to follow any news regarding RG3's health but if your drafting in present time, I'd feel safe to say draft him as a top 10 quarterback with confidence.
