Star running back Marshawn Lynch of the Seattle Seahawks told ex-teammate Michael Robinson that he plans to hold out until a new deal is had. Lynch is 28 years old and must have saw the new deal Kansas City Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles recently recieved for holding out of training camp, that allowed him to become the second highest paid RB in the league behind Adrian Peterson. If there isn't a deal done, except fellow RBs Christine Michael and Robert Turbin to compete for starting duties.
Lynch is a RB1 if he plays this year. Expect a deal to get done sooner rather than later but the whole situation is worth monitoring. You may also see your stock rise for your fantasy teams if you have been holding onto either Michael or Turbin. They both can be considered RB2's with RB1 upside if no deal is reached.
