Jets RB Chris Ivory favorite for goal-line back

The running back coach for the New York Jets organization, Anthony Lynn, has said, "If we were playing tomorrow, Chris Ivory @ivory_29 would be on the goal line." The Jets have one of the most crowded backfields in the NFL with the likes of Chris Johnson @ChrisJohnson28, Bilal Powell, Chris Ivory, Alex Green @AGreen_20 and Daryl Richardson. Ivory is one of the largest backs on the depth chart weighing in at 222 pounds and six feet tall. During his first year stint with the Jets in 2013 the back garnered 833 yards and only three touchdowns, but this year may be different.

Fantasy Analysis:

If you're looking for a cheap running back who will consistently get the ball, Ivory is your man. In the latter portion of 2013 Ivory turned on the Jets and became the teams' best fantasy producer in terms of yardage. In second-half of the season, Ivory touched the ball at least ten times in six games. I would draft Ivory as a matchup-based back who will get you at least 50 yards and possibly a touchdown every other game.
