Veteran players missing a few training camp practices is usually no big deal and not worth a write-up. But when said players who have a debilitating history of hamstring injuries, you should pay attention. Thus, it's worth noting that Texans running back Arian Foster returned to practice Wednesday after missing a few days due to a hamstring ailment. However, a similar pain is keeping wide receiver Andre Johnson sidelined for now. He's been out of practice since Monday.
Head coach Bill O'Brien insists that he is just being careful with his two stars. That's most likely the case, but we'll continue to keep tabs on Johnson. The 33-year-old wideout missed nine games in 2011 due to two separate hamstring strains and skipped all offseason workouts this year.
Foster is a low-end RB1 in fantasy. Johnson is a bit more of a value as he is being drafted as a mid-range WR2.
