Jeff McClane of the Philadelphia Inquirer says that Foles "has been good in camp" but "not great." McClane points out that Foles has struggled at times with decision making, and says that he needs to improve "in each department" of the game. Foles took over as the Eagles starter in the middle of the 2013 season, passing for 27 touchdowns and just two interceptions.
As McClane points out, the likelihood of Foles repeating the 27-2 touchdown-to-interception ratio is extremely slim. But still, the overall tone of the piece was far from glowing. Plenty of fantasy analysts are expecting regression from Foles this season. He's currently being taken 6th among quarterbacks in fantasy drafts. At that spot, Foles is probably a bit overdrafted.
