Paul Gutierrez, an ESPN reporter for the Raiders, believes that Denarius Moore 's starting position is in jeopardy. Moore was listed with the third-team offense behind Andre Holmes , James Jones, Rod Streater , and Greg Little on the Raiders' initial depth chart. Moore is 25 years old and entering the last year of his rookie contract. He has shown excellent playmaking ability in his three years in the NFL, but he's shown signs of poor work ethic. In the 2013 season Moore totaled 46 receptions on 86 targets; he also garnered 695 yards and five touchdowns.
Moore already had little value in most leagues and with the addition of multiple wide receivers to the Raider's roster that value is quickly diminishing. In deeper leagues, Moore was a solid performer last year; he never had less than two receptions and was a consistent producer. Moore simply may not be able to compete with the current talent the Raiders have at the wide receiver position. This is a good sign for those targeting someone like Jones in the later rounds of the draft.
