Tennessee Titans beat writer Jim Wyatt is reporting RB Shonn Greene left Friday night's preseason game with a hyperextended knee. It doesn't appear to be significant, and Greene is currently day to day, but it is worth noting it's the same knee he had two surgeries on this past offseason. Rookie RB Bishop Sankey may see an increased workload in the Titans' third preseason game as a result.
Greene can't keep getting injured as Sankey is right on his heels, pushing for increased snaps and carries. For fantasy purposes, Greene is a thing of the past while Sankey could potentially lead the team in carries this year and should be rostered in all re-draft and dynasty formats. The real question is: How many touchdownss will be vultured from Sankey by Greene and RB Dexter McCluster ?
