Broncos WR Wes Welker in 'exercise mode right now,' according to HC John Fox

Broncos head coach John Fox was asked about Wes Welker @WesWelker's health and responded with some positive news concerning the five-time Pro Bowler.
"He's in the exercise mode right now. He won't be back out there until he's completely well," Fox told KOA-AM radio Wednesday morning, via Broncos public relations vice president Patrick Smyth.

Fantasy Analysis:

While "exercise mode" doesn't sound like much, it's a far cry from rumors of Welker's retirement. Players aren't allowed to begin working out until after their concussion symptoms begin to subside, per the NFL's concussion protocol. He still has a way to go before he gets on the field, but this news suggests that he will be sidelined for a shorter period than previously expected.

Even before Welker went down, Emmanuel Sanders @E_Sanders88 displayed what he could do in a Peyton Manning-led offense this preseason. Continue to move him up your board, with or without Welker on the field.
