Cameron Tringale [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #113
Prior to last week’s T56 at Bay Hill, Tringale had recorded three top-15s and four top-25s in five previous starts. He was a stout performer at TPC San Antonio in 2011 and 2012 (placing T5 and T8, respectively), however, Tringale missed the cut last year.
Aaron Baddeley [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #200
Baddeley was having a good run last week at Bay Hill until blowing a possible top-10 in the final round. He has played TPC San Antonio twice: T15 last year, T3 in 2010.
Will MacKenzie [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #84
MacKenzie heads into TPC San Antonio with a streak of seven consecutive made cuts, with five results of 13th or better. MacKenzie last played this event back in 2012 where he placed T41.
Chesson Hadley [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #59
Hadley is playing TPC San Antonio for the first time. Over his last six starts of the season he has compiled five finishes inside the top 30, highlighted by winning the Puerto Rico Open. After struggling mightily early in the season, the rookie has settled down to make four consecutive cuts.
Martin Laird [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #104
Laird is the defending champ at TPC San Antonio and recorded a T9 back in 2011. He hasn’t missed a cut this year, but has finished T65 and 76th in his last two starts.
Kevin Chappell [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #111
Chappell earned a share of second in his TPC San Antonio debut back in 2011 and last year he scored a T15. Chappell is also coming off a season-high T14 last week at Bay Hill.
Ryo Ishikawa [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #78
Ishikawa is another TPC San Antonio first timer. Since missing three straight cuts, he has righted the ship with T19, T25 and T8 performances over his last three starts.
Bryce Molder [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #169
Molder has placed 35th or better in four of his last five starts, including a pair of top-10s. He has competed at TPC Antonio twice in the last three years, finishing T22 and T36.
John Senden [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #54
Senden’s lone appearance at TPC San Antonio was a respectable T23 from 2011. He recently won at Copperhead prior to finishing outside of the top 50 last week at Bay Hill.
Billy Horschel [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #50
Horschel got off to a solid start in 2014, but has since placed outside of the top 40 in his last four stroke play events (including a pair of missed cuts). Last year at TPC San Antonio, Horschel was the leader after the second and third rounds of play, but slid to finish T3.
Pat Perez [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #103
Perez has not played TPC San Antonio since notching a T22 in 2010 and a T5 in 2011. He hasn’t missed a cut this year, but has finished 75th, T44 and T67 after recording four finishes of 11th or better in his first five starts.
K.J. Choi [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #92
Last season, Choi scored a solo sixth at TPC San Antonio after he had missed the cut in 2012. He has made three straight cuts this season, but owns just one top-40 finish in his last five.
