Golf Rankings for John Deere Classic
Jordan Spieth [Yahoo Class A] - World Ranking: #1
Including his share of second in the Masters, Spieth has made eight consecutive cuts with only one result falling outside of the Top 20. Spieth is also the defending champion at Deere Run, needing more extra holes against Zach Johnson and Davis Hearn.
Steve Stricker [Yahoo Class C]
Stricker won the John Deere Classic three consecutive times from 2009 to 2011. He finished T5 in 2012 and T10 last year. A part-timer, Stricker is making his eighth start of the season with an excellent setup for his second Top 10 finish.
Zach Johnson [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #13
Johnson is coming off his first missed cut in seven starts, but hasn’t finished inside the Top 10 since late March. However, ZJ has been sharp at Deere Run. He finished T2 last year, won in 2012 and placed T3 in 2011.
Harris English [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #108
English is coming off a T7 at TPC River Highlands, his first Top 10 in 11 stroke play events. During that span English also missed four cuts. Last year saw him finish T15 in his first appearance at Deere Run.

Chris Kirk [Yahoo Class A] - World Ranking: #51
Kirk hasn’t missed a cut all year, with seven Top 30s in his last eight starts. He has recorded three consecutive Top 30s at Deere Run, but missed out of a Top 10 last year with a poor final round.
Chris Stroud [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #141
Stroud has finished 18th or better in three of his last four starts and is coming off a T4 last week at the Greenbrier. He has played Deere Run five times since 2007 with only one Top 15, but hasn’t missed a cut.
John Senden [Yahoo Class A] - World Ranking: #89
Senden recorded five Top 30s (with three coming inside the Top 15) before missing two straight cuts. He won at Copperhead back in mid-March and won at Deere Run in 2006. Senden placed solo fourth in 2012, but missed last year’s cut.
Brendon de Jonge [Yahoo Class A] - World Ranking: #155
De Jonge has made nine consecutive cuts with six Top 30s. He placed T7 at Deere Run in 2010 and 2011. De Jonge was T10 after two rounds last year, but slid to finish outside the Top 50.
Billy Hurley III [Yahoo Class C]
Hurley is playing his best golf right now, with seven consecutive cuts made -- finishing T8 and T4 the last two weeks. BH3 finished T8 at Deere Run in 2012, but didn’t compete last year.
Cameron Tringale [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #73
